We would like to welcome Mari Anzicek to the LV staff as the new Director of Development beginning in January. Mari served as a Lasallian Volunteer for two years at West Catholic High School as well as the Christian Brothers Spiritual Center in Philadelphia. After service, Mari worked for Students Run Philly Style, helping with their development efforts. She received her undergraduate degree from North Central University in Minneapolis, MN, and her masters degree from Loyola University in Chicago. As a volunteer, Mari chaired the planning committee for the 2nd annual LV fundraiser (the Philly Races), which raised $67,000. We feel Mari will be a great addition to the LV staff as she brings a lot of energy, passion and dedication to the program.
“I am looking forward to joining the Lasallian Volunteers in a full time capacity,” says Mari. “My time as a volunteer was personally enriching and challenging. To continue being a part of such an experience for young people is exciting and very rewarding.”
