Mutuality: In community there is something very valuable about having the wisdom, the insight, the experience that the Brothers bring and having them as mentors, as people that you talk with. This is very life-giving for me. For them it is life-giving to have young people interested in what they committed their lives to. Mutual benefits happen there.
