Katie Christensen
Lasallian Volunteers is excited to announce that Katie Christensen will join the staff as the new recruitment coordinator beginning September 8, 2015. Katie spent two years as a Lasallian Volunteer at Serviam Gardens, which is low-income senior housing in the Bronx, New York. In that time, Katie served as the program coordinator designing programming, leading high school retreats, and assisting with applications.
It did not take long for Katie to fall in love with the program and the East Coast at the beginning of her two years of service. She is excited about the opportunity to work with the Lasallian Volunteers and continue to grow with a program that she holds dear.
Katie, a native of Littleton, Colorado, received her bachelor’s degree in international affairs from the University of Colorado in Boulder. She will join the rest of the staff at Christian Brothers Conference in Washington, DC. Please help us in welcoming Katie to the staff!
